Let's make the roads a little safer, shall we?

I know I've only lived in Alaska for about 3 weeks but I have an idea to improve things up here: how about instead of painting the lines in the road the standard white or yellow, we paint them a bright, florescent color so they don't get so lost in the snow. I think that's a good idea. I came up with that today when I was driving in two lanes because I couldn't see the line.
